Three ways to flatten layout / GDSII ?

Sometimes, you might want to flatten GDS to protect your designs or to avoid having the same cell names when your design is going to be integrated to the higher level design.

How to generate a flatten netlist from Composer ("cdlNetlistType = 'fnl")

Sometimes you may want to generate a flatten spice netlist.
What you need to do first is to add "cdlNetlistType = 'fnl" in your .simrc file.
Then, go to File-> Export-> CDL... to generate netlist.

The following example shows a flatten netlist from Composer.
