Script for GDSII exchange [,] & <,>

Good News !!!     Import / Export GDSII with changing [,] / <,>  from Virtuoso IC61+ version.

Why do you need this feature ?



1. Simulation verification:
        Sometimes, you need to synchronize the ports of netlist/schematic and layout have same [,] or
    <,>.

This is for you to run post simulations to verify the designs, you also need to pass LVS check first and then to extract RC netlist.

2. System Integration:
        In system integration stage, you will integrate some IPs or hard macros into the level design.
    And, the pins/ports ( bus signals, more than one bit) of these IPs or hard macros almost are
    represented by [,].


In your design stage for IPs or hard macros, perhaps, it's convenient to you to use <,> due to eda tools you use.
